The US Open can be expensive and sells out fast, but the Tennis World NYC Birthday Party is FREE for all 2017 Tennis World NYC students! Join us to see some outstanding tennis up close and personal, party with your tennis friends and meet more tennis lovers.
Tennis World NYC owner, Robert, is sharing his birthday celebration along with all his favorite tennis pros, students and friends, enjoying an incredible FREE event onsite at the USTA National Tennis Center!
Join us to see the mesmerizing strokes of Champions as they practice on the side courts with plenty of chances for you to take up close photos, get autographs and possibly even some selfies with them! Who might you see practice? Can you say Nadal, Federer and Venus.... In addition, you will be able to see Men's, Women's and Junior's players ranked #150 - #600 in the world, battle it out to compete in the main draw.
During breaks, check out one of the best food courts on the planet. You can purchase all kinds of amazing snacks, meals, and cocktails.
WHEN & WHERE:
The gates open at 10 am sharp with lines forming immediately to see match play at 11 am. Main gate entrance during the Qualifiers is free. To join the Tennis World NYC Party, arrive by 9:30 to meet inside the Main Gate at the fountain by the scoreboard by 10 am. We'll take some time to get to know our fellow tennis fans then I'll lead you in to see the action.
If you would like to join us later in the day, no problem! Just send a text, 516-473-0215, and I will let know where the group is at. Please understand I will respond as quickly as possible, but there could definitely be delays if Serena's on court!
If you're taking the subway, take the 7 to the Mets—Willets Point station. Walk down the promenade to the USTA National Tennis Center.

The USTA is very picky about what you can bring with you into the Tennis Center, here are the highlights.
Bags must have only a single compartment and cannot be larger than:
12"W x 12"H x 16"L
No knapsacks or backpacks period, even if they fit the above requirements
Likewise, hard coolers are not allowed
No alcoholic beverages
And no tennis racquets either (?!?)
Any beverage or other containers have to be plastic, not metal or glass
You can only bring limited quantities of food
And tablets and e-readers (e.g. iPads and Kindles) are allowed, but not laptops
